Rockport delivers orders via AustPost eParcel anywhere in Australia. It does not ship outside Australia.

For orders above $150, shipping by Rockport is free anywhere and orders below $150 would be charged with $10 as shipping fee. The order should arrive within 2-5 working days after it has been placed.

For Western Australia, Far North Queensland, Northern Territory, shipment may take extra 2-3 working days. Monday to Friday is considered working days, excluding Holidays.

Online purchases are on a priority basis for Rockport. Users are notified of order placement via Emails. You’ll also be notified via Email when the order will be dispatched by Rockport. Australia Post will leave a card if you’re not present at the time of order delivery. You need to collect your order from the nearest post office then.

Returns Policy

Rockport shoes come with a 30-day walk-ability guarantee. You can return your unworn goods within 30 days on Rockport within Australia. Return within 30 days is free on Rockport.
