Delivery & Return Policy

• Shipping is free if you spend more than $60 on a single order. Choose the ‘free shipping’ option during checkout. You may also receive free shipping when you join the Legends Club.
• Standard shipping is offered through Australia Post at a rate of $9 per order under $60.
• Express shipping is available at $12.95 per order and is sent via Australia Post.
• If the order is placed before 12:00 pm AEST Monday through Friday, it will be sent out for delivery on the same day. Your order will reach you within five working days. Express shipping orders require up to two days to arrive.
• To track your order, check the shipping notification you received in your email. Orders made online cannot be picked up at the store.

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. The items must be unworn, not faulty and in original packaging:

• To request a return, you must submit a request using the order you received in your email inbox when you initially placed the order.
• If the item you received is faulty, you may create a return request for a faulty item with the online returns systems.
• If you order was placed over 30 days ago, please contact Customer Service.
• When you return an item, you may request an exchange, store credit or a full refund in the original method of payment.
