Standard Delivery - All standard deliveries within the UK are delivered within 4 days and charged at £3.95. For orders of £50 or more, the delivery is free.

Express Delivery - Orders placed before 9 pm on Monday through Friday and before 2 pm on Sunday are eligible and charged at £5.95. You will receive your parcel the next day. You may collect your purchase from the store within seven working days. It is absolutely free. Express Collect from store order before 9 pm and receive your parcel the next day, charged at £2.95.

Return Policy

Items that are unworn and unused may be returned in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt to your nearest store. Returns sent via mail take up to 14 days to issue a refund. Refunds are not applicable on jewellery, swimwear and underwear. The barcode must be intact when returning the item. Shoes must be in their original box. Online purchases are not eligible for a refund in store. They must be returned via post to receive a complete refund. Exchanges are not possible by post.
