Delivery and Returns

The company offers three types of deliveries, determined by the products in the order. A product delivery type is mentioned under the ‘stock Status’ information one each product page. The three types of deliveries are:

1. Small Parcel: Small items such as cushions, table wares and bed linens are delivered using Australia Post. All the ordered must be signed on delivery.
2. Standard: Large home ware and small furniture items will be delivered to the door by our freight partner.
3. Deluxe: For large furniture piece the company has specialised services of our freight partner. The customer will be contacted by phone to arrange for a suitable time to receive the delivery.

The delivery charges largely depend on the delivery destination and are charged as per the order. The delivery time for small and standard orders vary from 1-10 business days depending on the location.

Refund Policy
