Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

For deliveries to Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan and Korea : Orders placed by 5pm from Monday to Friday will be processed and sent on the following business day. No deliveries will be made on public holidays or weekends. Express delivery option is available at an extra charge. The company does not deliver to FPO/APO addresses and PO boxes at this time.

For deliveries to the United States of America : Orders placed by 11am Monday to Friday will be processed on the following business day. Deliveries will not be made on holidays or weekends.

Return Policy

Items purchased online may be returned within two weeks after their receipt. No returns will be acceptable after the two week period. Gift cards and vouchers are exempted from this two week period.

All items being returned must be unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and must accompany the Return Form. At present, exchanges are not possible online. The unwanted item must first be returned and a new order should be placed for the wanted item. You will receive a refund for the returned item. Please peel off the label on the delivery slip and attach it to the return parcel. Keep a copy of your transaction slip. If you have misplaced the label, please write to Swarovski's address.

Gift Cards
