Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

RY.com.au makes all shipments through Australia Post eParcel & Fastway couriers. The orders placed can be tracked and they require a signature on delivery. You get free shipping on standard postage for order over $99. The standard postage will be delivered within 2-5 business days. For express delivery (within 1-3 business days), you'll be charged $6.95 at a flat rate.

And if you want your products to be delivered overnight, you have to pay $9.95 flat rate. And if you want it by next day, you can even pick-up by your own from their “In-Store” pickup spots. For orders below $99, the standard delivery charge is $6.95 (flat rate) and will be delivered within 2-5 business days. Express delivery (1-3 business days) is available at $9.95 flat rate. For overnight delivery, a flat rate of $12.95 is charged per order.

Shipment to rural areas in Australia may require additional days to deliver an order. To avail overnight delivery option, you must place the order before 3 pm AEST and must be located within Australia Post Express Post network. Such orders are to be paid by via Credit Card or Paypal.

If you’re not present at home at the time of delivery, the order will be taken to the nearest Post Office and a card will be left at your home to alert you about the delivery attempt.

If the order is delivered by Fastway, then they’ll leave a card with their call back number. They'll organise a re-deliveRY time for you, without any extra charge.

If you're sure that you won't be available for delivery at home, then you can get your order delivered at the office too, as the shipping rate will be a flat rate, no matter wherever it's delivered within Australia.

All the orders will be delivered on weekdays only. No order will be shipped on the weekend. You can even avail postage insurance on your order with $2.95 charge.

Returns Policy

You can return your order within 120 days on RY.com.au You can email them at sales@RY.com.au to initiate your Return order; you’ll be guided by the Customer Support Team.

The product you wish to return must be unopened and unused. After receiving the product at the store, RY.com.au will refund your order amount in your account.

Products must be returned in unused condition with original box, packaging and contents. After your product is received by RY.com.au, it will be inspected by the team. Hence, make sure it’s in new condition and the re-postage charge will not be paid.

Before initiating your Return, you must contact and get authorization. Otherwise, you may not get a refund. If you receive any faulty or damaged item, then inform about the fault immediately to RY.com.au.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit then RY.com.au will launch a complaint on your behalf. These inquiries may take up to 10 business days. If after ten days, you do not receive your parcel in good condition, they will replace your parcel for free.

This is only eligible if you choose parcel insurance during Check-Out. Customers, who do not take shipping insurance on the order, are not eligible for a refund, replacement or reshipment. Refunds are made in the same mode that you used for payment.
