Delivery Policy

For standard shipping orders placed before 1:30pm, packages will be sent by USPS. For express shipping, deliveries will be made via FedEx. For 2nd Day shipping, all orders are shipped on the following business day and delivered by FedEx. Deliveries are sent out from Monday to Friday, except on holidays.

Returns/Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your PacSun purchase, you may return it back within 60 days, as long as the tags are attached. The only exception is body jewellery. Swimwear may be returned as long as it has not been worn and the tags are attached.

To return an item, attach the prepaid return label in the front of your invoice and follow these steps:

1. Complete the return section of your invoice.
2. Enclose this in your package.
3. Remove or hide previous labels and barcodes on the outside of the package being used.
4. Take your package to any authorized U.S. Postal Service facility.

All refunds are processed within 14 business days. Once the order has been processed, you will receive an automated email. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be posted in your account.

Exchanges

All exchanges are processed within 5 business days after the package is received by the PacSun warehouse.
