Delivery and Returns

The company assures free shipping on small goods over £50. For products below £50 the cost is between £5 to £20. In case of shipping of frames and wheels the cost is £250. All deliveries are dispatched within 24 hours if the order is received by 2.30pm. All light and small items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. Larger items are posted through a courier on the next day service. Bikes are shipped via Parcelforce within 48 hours to UK mainland destinations. Handbuilt wheels require 10 to 14 days.

Returns

Goods that are unsuitable may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt. Refund postage costs will not be covered by the retailer. Goods must be returned in original packaging and in saleable condition. Items must be boxed or wrapped up.

Items returned after 30 days will be accepted, but a credit note will be issued. Include a copy of the purchase receipt and a letter explaining your reasons for the return. Keep a copy of this letter.

You do not need to contact customer service when returning an item. The returns form must be completed. Once the return is processed, customer service will contact you. Refunds require 14 days to be displayed in your account. Please note, overseas exchanges are not possible on this item. You will be required to resend the unwanted item for a refund.
