Shipping Policy

Customers may place their order via the estore-shopping cart. If you experience any issues with the system, please place your order via email. Please note, that the order will be considered placed when the payment is accepted. All prices include 10% GST.

All placed orders are processed within 24 hours and sent out within four business days. If there is an issue with postage, you will be contacted via the email address you entered.

All orders are delivered through FastWay Couriers. Shipping within Australia occurs within ten business days. In some NSW regional areas, it may take up to 3 weeks. Partial shipments are not delivered. If you place an order for an item that is out of stock, your order will be processed once that product becomes available.

Returns Policy

If you receive the wrong product, please send an email immediately with your contact number. The item you received must be returned in a new and unused condition within 14 days.

You may not return used products. There are no exceptions. All items undergo strict quality control. If you receive a faulty item, please contact the manufacturer. This is the main company email and they will replace the product immediately.

When you return an item, it is inspected thoroughly. Lunette reserves the right to refuse your return. Return shipping and handling fees are non refundable unless you received a defective or incorrect item.

The company recommends wearing Lunette for at least three cycles in order to become familiar with the product. Please note if you do not like the product, you will not receive a refund.
