Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery Policy

Shipping for orders over $25 is free and for orders under $25, the shipping charge is $4.95. On an average it takes 3-10 days to deliver orders in Australia, depending upon the shipping address. International orders can take more than 10 days to deliver.

There are express deliveries available as well – Want it tonight and Want it Now. Want it Now makes it possible to receive your order within 3-4 hours of placing it. The charge is $9.95 for it and it’s only available in certain cities in Australia. Orders need to be placed between 8am-4pm on business days to allow delivery and processing.

Want it Tonight is made for customers living in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Orders can be upgraded and delivered the same day between 6-9pm. The charges are $10.

Items shipped by the company can be directly left at the door and they do not need to be signed. If for some reason, they cannot be delivered then the parcels will be left at the nearest courier office from where they can be collected. Users can also track the orders by the order id that is sent to them through the email.

Refund Policy

Glassons has a very lenient refund policy. Items can be returned if a customer isn’t happy with them and they are eligible for a full refund. Customers just have to make sure that the items are returned within 14 days of the receipt of the order. All clothes and accessories should have their tags intact and they should be in a new and unworn condition. Glassons offers both full refund and exchanged items in return of the products.

There are three ways to return products – by post, through distribution center and through stores. When you post all the products, do mention exactly how you would want to get a refund – whether you would want to exchange the products or get a refund into your bank account. When you exchange items of a lesser value, the remaining amount would be transferred to your account.

Also, the return postage needs to be paid by the customer only. Swimwear, Underwear and earrings can only be returned through distribution center and not through stores. All the garment tags and hygiene tags should be intact when the products are returned.
