Delivery Policy

If you are in Australia and you place your order before 2 pm AEST and are located in Metro areas it is possible that you will receive your order the next business day. To other areas delivery can take between 2-3 days.

SurStitch also offers express shipping with no signature. This will usually mean the courier will leave your order at the front of your home or letterbox. SurfStitch takes no responsibility for any damage or theft once the order has been delivered to your shipping address. Regular shipping, where a signature is required, is recommended if you are not able to accept your delivery or if you feel your place of residence is unsafe to have a parcel left untended.
